Enchanted Grotto Countdown

Introducing our Enchanted Grotto at Coolings Lifestyle, It’s Out of this World!

We have been working hard with Santa and his little helpers to ensure we provide good boys and girls with a truly memorable Christmas experience. Whilst we don’t want to give too much away as everyone loves a surprise at Christmas, we wanted to give you an idea of what to expect.

The Experience

Start your experience with a walk through our enchanted forest and enjoy the magical lights that lead you to Santa’s Space Academy, here you will be greeted by a space elf who has a special mission for you to complete. At Santa’s Space Academy there will be an opportunity to have a professional photo taken as a souvenir in our space launch pad. (Professional photos can be viewed and purchased at the exit to the grotto).

Next, you will enter our amazing rocket ship which will take you through our intergalactic tunnel destined for Santa’s galaxy, here you will be able to participate in some exciting space activities.

After all the excitement you will then have the chance to make some special reindeer food for Rudolph and his friends to help fuel their flight on Christmas Eve.

Visit Santa’s Cabin and Workshop

Then, when you hear Santa’s bell ring, you will step into Santa’s cosy cabin. You and your family will meet Santa and have the chance to tell him your Christmas wishes. A professional photo will be taken with Santa in his cabin. (Professional photos can be viewed and purchased at the exit to the grotto).

Your journey doesn’t stop there! Santa will give you a special ticket to take to his workshop where you can exchange it for a gift of your choice. (Age-related gift as per booking).

Photo Souvenirs

As you exit Santa’s workshop there will be an opportunity to view and purchase the photos taken during your experience. There will be individual items for sale such as prints and keyrings, plus the opportunity to purchase a special photo package for you to share with your family.

Free Entry to Willows Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail

The experience doesn’t end with seeing Santa, your ticket also includes free entry to Willows Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail on the day of your visit (unless your ticket is booked after 3.00pm your visit can be redeemed on another date throughout December 2021 or January 2022). See wallabies, chipmunks, alpacas, birds of prey and more as you make your way around the 7 acre trail. Please note you will receive your free entry voucher code in your Grotto ticket confirmation e-mail.

Children: £17.50 each

Under 12 months: £4.95 each

Adults: £6.50 each

Tickets include entry to Willow’s Birds of Prey & Wildlife Trail (voucher code e-mailed with your booking confirmation).

Spaces are limited and pre-booking is essential. All children must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.
