Coolings Events is excited to invite you to a brand new Traditional Christmas Experience for 2025.
Situated at Coolings Lifestyle, our Santa’s cabin is nestled in the woods, where our elves are waiting to meet you and immerse you in our Christmas tale.
We’ve gone back to the heart of Christmas with a new experience that’s more theatrical than our previous grotto – and even more magical. Our playful elves will take you on a joyful journey through the story, with plenty of fun, festive drama and a few surprises, before leading you in to meet Santa.
There are a few things to know before you join us on this festive adventure:
- Please check our booking Terms & Conditions prior to booking your tickets.
- We are encouraging our guests to take their own photos this year and capture memories, please feel free to share on our socials, we would love to see them!
- This year’s experience is a show-based story which includes some interactive activities suitable for all ages.
- The experience is group based. Individual families will be guided in to see Father Christmas before all children receive their gift.
- The experience will last between 30 – 45 minutes. Please arrive 15 minutes early, as all shows will start on time
- The Christmas Experience is wheelchair friendly, only in extreme weather conditions can the route to the Christmas Experience become inaccessible for wheelchairs. The Christmas Experience is located in a natural environment within a woodland setting. This can have an impact on ground surfaces dependent on weather conditions. The pathways are reinforced with matting, and covered with a light bark and gravel. The pathways are lit to a minimum level to enhance the illuminations of our festive lights.
